The science of quantum physics and epigenetics continues to provide research on how our thoughts, feelings and emotions create our reality.

Our consciousness programs the body & mind to get the outcomes we desire, but what’s the catch?

Between 0-5 years (Delta, unconscious brainwave resonance) 5-7 years (Theta, subconscious) 7-10 (Alpha) We are most vulnerable to our environments, teachers, parents, peers and beliefs of our community.

Some being negative, others being essential for survival. These become part of who we are, locked-in programs and limited beliefs.

Spent many weeks going back and forth on deciding whether to attend a day course or weekend retreat, however after spending the weekend at one of the retreats my advice would be to anyone who is in a similar position, and unsure if "this is for me" - just go for it. A fantastic and truly life changing experience with techniques to help navigate big challenges and everyday life. Trust the process!

Highly recommend it, what an experience! James transmits incredible energy! The breathing work was intense but very relaxing, I had sensations that I had never felt before. James' voice guiding us through the meditation together with the music takes us to work deep within ourselves. The ice bath was a new experience for me and very challenging, I will come back for other sessions absolutely.

I have just returned from the most amazing weekend I have experienced in such a long time. I have been searching for something to change my life, and I can honestly say I have found it. James presented the weekend with so much commitment and professionalism, I was honestly blown away. Wow, what an amazing experience! James was great, he really empowered us to get the most out of the experience and I'd highly recommend it. The breath work was both intense and relaxing, and James had a nice chill vibe as he guided us through it, putting us at ease so that we could really dig deep and feel it working. The ice bath was a daunting thought, but James was reassuring and gave us the confidence to just go for it. It was exhilarating, I couldn't believe how much I enjoyed it. The whole day left me energised and excited to put it all into practice. Thanks!

The whole experience was just incredible. From breath work, meditation, outdoor walk, ice baths, camp fires. I was so nervous but excited to meet James and see what he had planned for us. Never did I imagine it would be life changing and made some lovely friends there too who we hope to see at other retreats. The benefits to your mind and body are invaluable. Highly recommend

I was lucky enough to win tickets to James's one day workshop. Wow what a incredible experience. James is extremely knowledgeable & kept me feeling relaxed & comfortable throughout the whole process. I loved the whole day, I particularly enjoyed the breath work & hypnotherapy which was very intense however James made me feel safe. I felt so anxious before the ice bath but with James's guidence it was easy, so proud that I managed it. Ive felt on top of the world & have been practicing cold water exposure since. I can't recommend James's coaching enough!
